Chili Season
The weather is finally getting colder. Our bison ore growing their winter coats and loving the cooler temperatures. We are thinking warm chili and cornbread. For the winter, our Bison Store at Prairie Rim Ranch will be closing on Sundays but will remain open from 11:00 to 2:00 on Wednesday's. We will continue take individual orders through sales@ruhterbison.com and will arrange delivery within the Douglas and Champaign County area. You can also find our meat at Champaign Harvest Market. Our McHenry County friends can find our meat at All Grass Farms, The Food Shed, Kakadoodle and the Liberty Prairie Farm Store.
